| From my first 110 Camera I was
hooked. I couldn’t put the thing down. How amazing it was seeing my glossies
come back from Black’s with the sticker “print no charge” on
23 of the 24. The few that were salvageable were “spectacular”, so
my Mother said. With that said, I knew that the camera was always going to be
within arms reach.
After being the family’s personal photographer for a good chunk of my
early years, I decided to pursue photography in greater detail by going to Ryerson.
Completing 2.5 of the 4 years required to become a “photographer”
I couldn’t take studying it anymore. I just wanted to shoot, shoot, and
shoot some more. I was rarely seen in class, but when I showed up on critique
days, my instructors understood my lack of attendance. Every critique day was
